About these terms
These terms apply to your use of catalystadsco.online and to enquiries made through it. Catalyst Ads Co. is based in Bengaluru, India. Work for a client is covered by a written agreement or proposal that we agree together before starting.
Our services
We offer advertising, lead generation, landing page and AI search visibility services. Scope, price and timing are set out in the proposal for each project.
No guarantees
Advertising and search results depend on many things outside our control, including platforms, competition, your offer and your budget. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, sales, rankings or mentions in AI tools.
Ad spend and accounts
Ad spend is paid by you directly to the ad platform. Ad accounts remain yours. You are responsible for following each platform’s rules for your business and offer.
What we need from you
Timely access, accurate information and prompt replies to leads. Results often depend on how quickly leads are followed up.
Payment
Fees and payment terms are stated in the proposal. Please ask us if anything is unclear before you agree.
Intellectual property
You keep ownership of your brand and materials. We may describe our work in general terms. We will not publish your name or results without your permission.
Ending the work
Either side can end the work with notice as set out in the proposal. We will hand over what belongs to you.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the work in question.
